Inadequate bathroom privacy could really hinder comfort!!! Be prepared for limited shower options that are less than ideal for a full experience!!! Enhancements in cleaning might elevate overall satisfaction!!!

The hotel met my needs, it had an exceptionally nice location with very friendly staff. Location: the venue was close to central Vicksburg, museums, restaurants, Steele Cottage and Vicksburg. 100% recommend this place and will choose the place for future trips...

The location is great and they have parking on site. A double room is comfy, has a clean bathroom.

Steele Cottage provided a lovely stay with its charming decor and historical ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to Duff Green Mansion, where breakfast was served. The cottage was peaceful and perfect.

Parking was on the street.

The location is ideal for exploring Vicksburg's historical sites, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts served at Duff Green Mansion. Staying in Mrs Steele's Bedroom was comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a restful night after a long day of work.

The shared bathroom setup was inconvenient.

I encountered several issues . The private bathroom was not attached to my room, inconvenient. There were cleanliness concerns. The bathroom was not well-maintained and had signs of dampness. I also felt misled about some amenities that were advertised, such as the pool, not on site, and the lack of staff availability to address my concerns was disappointing.

Charming room, cozy atmosphere, the room was exactly like the pictures with really good water pressure in the shower and a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and local attractions.

The lovely restored cottage featured charming decor that added a cozy touch. I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the quiet neighborhood. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast experience at the nearby mansion, with delicious home-baked items like quiche. The lack of a small table on the porch was inconvenient, and the bathroom setup, not en-suite, detracted from comfort.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the wonderful breakfast at the main house, especially the quiche! Just wish the room had ensuite access, but I'd definitely go back!

A lovely cottage conveniently located within walking distance of bars and restaurants in the historic area. The communication prior to arrival was proactive, ensuring all access details were clear. Breakfast, with delicious home-baked bread, at a nearby mansion was a good experience, and the tour included in our stay added a unique touch. The lack of available cups in the common area and the shared bathroom setup was less than ideal, detracting from the overall experience.
